"Icing on the cake"

Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Did not expect a good workout, but it actually turned out pretty well. Splits were very consistent, and although I was behind everyone for most of them, it felt good to know that I was running evenly. A little bit of soreness in the left hip that started acting up a lot by the end of the run back. Nothing abnormal, I'll ice and keep an eye on it. Great to be back on the track.
