8x400 @69-72 (mostly around 70) w/1-minute jog rest. Felt pretty easy aerobically, but my shins hurt a decent amount.. I'm just trucking through it at this point. Hoping it gets better soon with the balancing. Racing Saturday- feeling a little more confident after this workout.
