Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Ran 9 miles at Black Creek Park in the morning and then went sledding with some of the XC team. Ran yellow trail (4 miles) and on the X course (3 miles) after a mile easy warm up. Ran 20 x 1 minute hard with 1 minute jog in between for the first 40 minutes. Ran a bunch of hills at the end and then went sledding for 45 minutes. Need to stretch more. Fun workout.
