Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
After a good nights sleep, woke up to a little bit more snow this morning. In the afternoon it started to warm up a little bit and clear up. The sidewalks were still pretty bad. It was time to get back out there though. Been craving a good run past 3 weeks. Starting out, felt good like I got right back into it, but I was winded by the time I got up to the stoplight. Not a good sign. Kept with it and started to get into the groove though. Focused on staying stable in the snow and slush, some sidewalks were better than others. I can tell its been a few weeks. Its gonna take a while to get back, also it was hard to tell today since the roads were so snowy. Coming back down the hill I was feeling pretty solid though.
Essentials: Stretch, roll
After a short lift stretched downstairs. Short stretch, then came up to roll since that was probably more important. IT is feeling real real tight. Good start today getting back into running. On one hand, I can tell its been a while, but on the other it feels like I just picked up right where I was.
