Short lift after I got back from the run. Just trying to get back into it. Workout was:
3 sets of:
DB Shoulder series x10
Bench Press x10 (10 lbs)
Oh man was this tough. Not lifting for 3 weeks is worse than not running for three weeks. I felt so weak in my whole body. Its gonna some work to get more controlled and comfortable down there and get back up to the reps and weights.
