Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Went down to the track today and did some good quarter repeats. I felt really good running them today. My group was in the low 70's most of the way except the last two when we opened things up a little. Coach Sylverster ran with us. That was exciting to have a world class runner running stride for stride with you. On the last one I said I wanted to go under 60 so coach Sylvester took me and Kurt out quick I think we were around 29 for the half and then he just took off and ended up running 55 for the quarter. He's insane!!! For me a good workout although this is the type of thing that I'm good at. Never felt really areobically pressed (At both checks my heart rate was 28) and I was really able to open up the last one.
Splits: 72, 73, 71, 69, 72, 71, 65, 59.7
Had to skip streaching and abs because of lab that night. I'll make it up tomorrow.
Resting Heart Rate:44 (So its back to normal. Must have been a fluke yesterday)
