Ran a mile to 1.5 mile warm up then a "triple tempo" of 20 minutes, 13 minutes, 7 minutes hard each with a 4:00 jog in between then an easy cool down. Covered about 3 miles, 2 miles, 1 mile during the hard efforts. 9 miles total.
