Comments:
After biking, I did abs and then lifted. I did some exercises that I learned in PT yesterday on the pulley machine too. Colleen (the pt) said that I can do lower body lifting now. I didn't actually do squats or any of that stuff with the weights today because body weight is enough for me at the moment.
