Basement Lift

Same deal as yesterday. Getting work in but afternoon feeling gassed. Stopped off downtown then walked the rest of the way home. That was nice. Later in the night went down to get a solid lift in. We got a good set up down there. Felt way better than last lift feels like its coming back now. Workout was:

3 sets of:

Straight Leg Deadlift x10 (30 lbs)
Squats x10 (30 lbs)

DB Shoulder Series x10 (10 lbs)

Benchpress x10 (30 lbs)

Ibis 20

Wide range of stuff, back arms and abs. All feeling worked and stronger. Some of these were easy can start to up the weight probably. Good supplement today since my legs probably could use a little rest down want to burn them out just coming back. They felt tired and sore today.
