Comments:
we did a track workout todaty. started off running down to the track and warming up a bit around cass park. then we did 4 figure eights on the soccer field (1 half of an 8 is 1 figure eight, for some reason). then the track workout began. we did 3 sets. one set consisted of a hard plus 800, 200 recovery, and a fast 200, with 3 minutes rest in between each set. the times logged are fairly accurate, and mileage is guesstimate for the warmup and cooldown. great workout today tho, the times i ran were much faster than lavallee told killian and i to run at.
