Weather: Very nice- chilly but warm
Comments:
54:33 total. Shin kind of hurt at the start, but not as bad as last week.. Then went away as I worked into the steady. It may be hurting from the underwater treadmill- could also just be soreness. We'll find out tomorrow. Got into the 5:50s for most of this, coach said
