Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Easy...ish run. Sore in the hammies, from both the 200s and the dead-lifting yesterday! CA and I ran from the office, a little "uptempo" for her, to UO for a couple miles, then "easy" (but like 8-flat pace) back to the office. Felt solid.
