Just yoga today.

Felt...GOOD. Other than some general hamstring tightness (read: not enough glute push) and right calf (read: not strong enough ankle push), I'm....like, NOT sore. It's crazy.

Yoga was GOOD. I was surprised at my flexibility and balance. Another good sign that the race was solid.

Post-class beer at T&G. Beer isn't quite tasting good yet, but close...
