Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
A action packed day needs to be capped off with a solid run to even things out. Got out there a little late but it was good. Overdressed slightly so I was comfortable. Legs felt ready to roll even up the hills. I just got going and felt pretty good. Went on along Wildwood an ARHS then came back on Triangle. Really picked up the pace as I finished up at the rec center. It was dark out tonight but could see fine with my headlamp hat.

Essentials: Stretch, L7

Gym was pretty crowded this evening I had to wait to get a mat. Got to a good stretch, legs needed that. They are getting going again so they will feel sore but its a good sore. I was getting pretty hungry so I didnt dally around much. Glad I went and got in the run though.
