Comments:
1.5 mile tempo + 3x200, 2x300, 1x400, 1x300, 1x200 w/90 sec rest in between the first 3. Full rest after the 400, then a few minutes after the last 300. Ran 30ish for the 200s, 46ish for the 300s, and 61 for the 400. Last 200- 25.8
Felt good, but got tired really quickly. Shins hurt a lot, and hip started bothering later on.
Felt like I could hold fast paces though, so I am definitely improving
