Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Ran to lift today since Sunday is a good long run day in the morning with Charlotte. Went out a little on the later side. Stomach kinda grumbly from last night. The weather today was like a spring melt down. In the 50s but I still felt cold so I bundled up, but you could tell is was different. Felt nice reminded me of spring break and the start of outdoor track. Going up to campus felt on fire I was just flying pace was great. Gym was kinda crowded, lift was alright, but it was getting dark on the way back and I just took it easy. Even though it was warm out, the snow on the rail trail had not melted yet, so I was sliding all over the place and had to go real easy there. Not too disappointed about the slower pace on the way back though.
Essentials: Stretch, roll
ITs tight when I finished up had to roll. Otherwise, legs also feel kinda sore, it is the first week back. Glad they felt great for the first part though. The 10 miler is next week, I think I can do it all and I probably should do it. Also looking forward to Indoors its been a while since I have seen a track meet, especially the Spartans!
