Comments:
Easier day just prepping stuff for the presentation. Came home early to fit a good run in. Warmer today again, definitely shorts weather. Felt pretty good today, decent pace clicking along. Got in right before it started to get dark out. Legs feel like they really needed this.
Essentials: Stretch
Just a good stretch when I got back. ITs not as tight as they were this weekend. Hope I can fit in another run this week before the race. I still got to sign up... Weather looking real warm this weekend, should be a lot like last year.
