Comments:
4x400 (65-61), 3x200 (30-28), 2x150 (fast) -- 2-4 minutes rest on each (Full rest).
Felt pretty good, except I felt super tired and sluggish. Likely from going so long on the underwater treadmill yesterday. Good practice for conference day 2 when I have to run fast while tired.
