My legs felt kind of sore today so I was worried about how this might go, but it was fine. I think I could do 70s all day, so long as I don't need to go even a couple seconds faster. I got totally burned on the last one. Despite the fact that my kick has improved significantly and I'd like to think I can beat people that way, running any faster than 66 is really too much to ask for. I really don't have speed. It's a good thing we run an 8k!
