Houston Marathon
Talked with Mark and one of his running buddies before the start, walked to the start with Mark, bathroom stop in the first mile and lost Mark, found my way to the 3-hour pace group and hung out with them, which included a fellow D3 athlete from Millsap, conditions were not ideal, but race was good until mile 22 or so, finished strong once I hit downtown, 10 minutes better than last year, didn't realize how close I was to three hours until Deever texted me, saw Elena before and after the race, wished there was more water at the finish and after.
