Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Up early to fit in a shake out run. OOh just what my legs were waiting for. Felt great. No one was out. It was warm and humid, like a classic spring morning run. Brought back good memories. Short but sweet.

Essentials: Stretch

Tried to stretch out well when I got back. Felt real stiff though and I was pretty muddy so I legs still a little tight. Hope the feel primed up to run 10 tomorrow. Dont feel like I have the endurance at this point but I want to see where I am at.
