Comments:
After a productive day (and quick nap!) I ran 5 miles before dinner. Ran to the Gates track and did some strides then 8 x 300 meters with a 60 second jog in between each. It was windy! My times were 62-62-62-62-61-59-56-53. Another 40 mile week!
