Dietary Experimentation

Comments:
After the last few days' gastronomic weirdness, I figured I'd see if I can't play with my food at work a bit. 2 objectives there, 1, not have to cross my fingers and hope for my best before the run, and 2, not be hungry as all hell while I'm running. Because that's just terrible for the motivation. So got some greek yogurt in as a mid-morning snack, and threw some hummus/pita in addition to my usual lunch selection. In return, I dropped the Belvita crackers I was eating in the mid-morning, which I think was getting stuff super weird. Did forget the critical banana, but bananas haven't done me wrong in the past, so that should be fine in the future. Overall though, I think the combo of stuff today helped a lot! Wasn't starving during the run, and my stomach wasn't feeling real weird. Also remembered to go into the west property some to maximize off-road mileage. Always a good time back there, as long as I don't trip like a chump. Which I didn't.
