Basement Lift

Just plugging along today getting it in. Had the stamina to just keep going but got pretty hungry at night. After digesting found some time to fit in a lift. Feeling incredibly sore and tight from the race yesterday. It was so fun though looking back on it. Same routine workout, working on going up in weights now that I have done it more. This is a straight forward set to progress through. Workout was:

3 sets of:

DB Shoulder Series x10 (10 lbs)

Straight Leg Deadlift x10 (30 lbs)
Squats x10 (30 lbs)

Benchpress x10 (40 lbs)

Ibis 20

Feeling nice and strong after. Been a few weeks since I got a solid lift in.
