Comments:
A long haul 12 hr day today. Once a week or so I got to do this to get the longer measurements in. It was rough near the end and I felt fried. Feeling chunky at the end of the day. Weather was so nice out today too. Balance to keep progressing and stay the path, so I will go and fit in some runs this week. Legs feel good to go now after the race.
