Comments:
Yes after the long day yesterday, knew that I needed a run. It was warm today, last warm day for a while I think, and I got out before sunset so it was quite pleasant. I actually overdressed and sweat a lot in the end. Went out at a fast pace since its been a while since I got my legs moving, but they quickly remembered the race and started to feel sore and weak. Still held my pace though but was definitely struggling near the end. Glad I had that downhill to coast down on the way home.

Essentials: Stretch

Just an easy stretch when I got back. Legs and body overall feel pretty sore and tight. Man that is a good race when you can feel it several days later.
