Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
1st run in March was a good one. It was over 65 degrees today...a record! I ran a speed workout with Payton and Anna on the track. 2 mile warm up. Ran 3 sets of 400-200-200-400 with a jog in between each. My times were: 80-40-41-80, 80-40-40-80, 79-37-37-77. Felt good. It was windy! Did a 3 mile cool down.
