Got real hungry in the evening and came home to eat, then just chilled. Didnt feel like working on homework tonight, I will have to get to it this weekend then. Did find tome to bust up some iron downstairs later though. Good workout moving up in reps and weights. Also its getting pretty cold out, I think thats making me feel slowed down. Workout was:

4 sets of:
DB Shoulder Series x10

3 sets of:
Deadlift x10 (30 lbs)
Squats x10 (30 lbs)

4 sets of:
Bench Press x10 (40 lbs)
