Comments:
Well it actually snowed decently last night and today was absolutely freezing. I didnt really want to go out at all. Tired from catching up on sleep and it took a while to get moving. It was sunny, but frigid, and close to unbearable in the wind. Luckily, was guarded most of the way on the bike path. Way out was tough, legs were heavy. On the way back, slowed down a little bit cause of the wind, and legs were still heavy. Still slogged through.
Essentials: Stretch, roll
Got back and had to warm up could barely feel my hands. Legs still tight and heavy rolling helped but I think I am starting to feel the effects of the race more so.
