Well today was interesting. Going beast mode again no rest all day. As a reward we got Wings for group dinner. I made it so close with the rally, but messed up the phone number on the order, and they ended up delivering it 2 hours late. By then, I was just finished physically. Tired, hungry, low blood sugar, felt like I let everyone down. Just gassed out. When the chicken did come, I ate 19 wings. In hindsight, horrible idea because I felt like shit afterwards, but it helped me move through today, and get me even more amped for a night run soon. I need to run so badly, I can just feel it.
