Comments:
3 mile warmup from the house to Echo (this included 5 minutes). Was going to do 3mile, 2mile, 1mile with 2 minutes jogging rest. Got halfway through the first interval and needed the bathroom. Stopped, finished business, and continued the interval. Tired during the 3 mile but not dead. Started the two mile interval but was unmotivated. Stopped the workout and did a 5 mile cooldown
