Comments:
Ran in the windiest conditions I have ever run in. It was over 60 mph and trees and things were flying everywhere. My shed is gone and parts of the fence are gone. Not good. Ran 7 miles. Went to Gates Chili and did a 10 minute warm-up and then 4 sets of 3:00-2:00-1:00 hard each followed by 2:00-1:00-1:00 jog. It was so windy. Fun workout.
