Old Tyme "brisk" 10-miler!

Weird. Dunno why but I felt really good today. Busy AM (coaching, clients), but snuck in a ten-spot around noon.

Did 24th to Fairmount over to PRE - the bridge is now open - then all the way into SPFD and Island Park, then back (via bark) to Autzen, then back on Campus.

Quick! No HRM (lost 'em!), but it seriously felt relaxed (other than a couple uphill pitches). Breathing fine...legs felt it a bit (as they have been with 7:0x running). But truly old-tyme paces:

first mile in 8:00, then ALL miles between 6:45 and like 7:10. Felt GOOD.

However, I think my Pearl N1 Blue-Golds are finally dead...feet are getting sore.
