Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Did the dynamic warm-up with the kids, then sat and chatted about hard-easy balance. I told my story of struggling in high school and college, and how I flourished once I "slowed down". Callie and Jonathan also shared some nuggets. They took it to heart and all ran SUUUPER easy (guys were actually way too easy), and it was great. Everyone finished refreshed, not "dead"!
Kids did x5 strides, then we were done!
