Comments:
Ran a one mile warm-up and then ran five 500-meter repeats on the track at a little faster than race pace for each run. Then ran a one mile cooldown. Workout was not difficult, but it got rid of my soreness so I'm gonna call it a quality workout! Final distance: 3.6 miles.
