Comments:
Good long run! First nine miles were decent, probably 5-10 seconds too fast. Final five miles went very well, also 3-5 seconds too fast. Final five miles were run in 35:57. However, the 3/1 went as well as anticipated. Likely two to three more 3/1 workouts for the training grind. Looking forward to the "back off" week.
