Best practice ever!

Exercise Type: Run

Weather: Because no biking!

Comments:
Ran the warmup, then ran out .5 miles, walked a bit, ran back, walked on the treadmill, and met with everyone else in the wrestling room. We did wall walks, stretched, and then did goal setting. It was hard for me to think of competition goals because my only goal is to compete. I thought of a bunch of practice goals so that probably made up for it.
