February 20, 2017 (Morning)
Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Got up EARLY to get CA off to her inspection, then spent hours hammering out coaching and gait analyses. Got out to run around 11:30.
It's NUTS how much snow there is in Hood River, which is at about elevation 500', on the Columbia. Up high on this trail, there was a crust of about 4-8"! Slopped around in my bare-ass Pearls 'til I got up on the hill (very much reminded me of Eau Claire), then ran roundabout back. The sidewalks were garbage: either snow or 2" of pumice gravel (used to "salt" the roads).
Felt pretty rough. TIRED and trashed legs.
Rest of the day:
- cleaned up, got second coffee
- sat in the BW lobby, working
