I think I took the day off and did a treadmill hike at InStep, with weights...but I can't remember.
PM: went to Highlands to have some beers and play games with CA, to "celebrate" the 29th anniversary of my dad's death. Almost got a PBR in his memory, but I'm not THAT similar to him!
