Comments:
Easy workout with Evan and CA. We ran Evan's paces early on. He led the first, then CA, then me. On the fourth, we all ran our own paces.

Felt good on that last 800 and didn't feel too taxed.

Then, it was the Dr Wo 200s! Wow, these were rough, though:
