Comments:
Got freezing cold again this weekend. Did not get much sleep last night and then we went out to breakfast. That chirpped me up, but I still wanted to run. Bailed out after Yankee Candle then got around to getting a quick legs shaker run out. It was pretty damn cold again, a lot like last weekend. Felt good though. Right foot kinda sore and hurt starting out actually but it felt better at the end.

Essentials: Stretch

Kinda stretched when I got back but I was fairly unfocused. Legs feeling ok thats why. Finally get an afternoon to just gel out now, and I can see how I need to recharge and get ready for APS!
