Comments:
Quality long run. Ran solo from the house and did the Noosk loop. Stayed on the roads to add some more miles on. Ran close to 6 flats from the start. Did 2x15minute pickups and then 1x10minute pickup with 1 minute jog rest. The 15 minute intervals were 5min at MP, 5min at half MP, 5 min at tempo. The ten minute interval was 5min at MP and 5min at half marathon pace. My left hamstring was tight so I did not do the original workout (3x15minutes). Finished near Local Motion and jogged up to the house.
