Weather: Cold, but not too bad
Comments:
Solid workout! Didn't feel my shins, but did feel my hip (on about every other rep).. Progressed into it, and really felt good in the middle and towards the end. Feeling better aerobically, but it may be because of the morning workout. Either way, it was an encouraging workout.
7x3min @10k pace (5:10-5:15), 1min recovery jog in between reps
