Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
I ran THREE MILES today. Not two. I thought I was gonna pass out in the snow it was so exhausting. Okay the part about passing out in the snow isn't true, but the last .75 mile felt impossible. The wind in Stewart park was wicked. It's been so long since I've been there that I forgot how bad it could be. I ran through some snow during the run, but only a little bit so it was fine. I didn't have to bike when I got back to the weight room which was awesome; I stretched and did abs before lifting instead. I did the walking lunges with the overhead weight for the second time today. Last week I only did two of the reps, but today I did all four. I'm gonna stay at the same weight until I become more comfortable with the exercise. The spring sports kickoff night was boring as expected. Literally everything he said could've just been on a form that they would give to everyone. Now that I think about it, he probably was just reading a summary of the rules and regulations.
