"Easy" Spring Blvd/Fairmount + almost PRE

March 17, 2017 (Morning)

Exercise Type: Run

Weather: low 40s, rain, cold

Comments:
Worked in the AM, then got out for a run. The weather went back to "winter" today, which was annoying.

Felt OK, but the fatigue came on near the end of the run. I'm making a concerted effort to run more hills on easy days, so I ran from the office and headed up to Spring Blvd (south end of Hendricks), bombed down...then ran the flat on Fairmount, and climbed again to PRE's rock, then bombed down again.

Thought about crossing Franklin into PRE, but didn't need that much distance, so ran around campus, then back to the office, and to Instep.

Average 7:40 on some gnarly hills, which is solid.

Lifted. I saw this IG video of GEORGE deadlifting like 255, so that motivated me to PUMP UP. Wound up doing 185, which is a PB. Felt like I did a decent job with glute engagement.

Back to work to treat a patient, then home.
