Exercise Type: Run
Weather: 50s, actually dry
Comments:
Easy run with the kids. We had hills on the schedule, but they're all tired, so I used this as a "long run day". Did drills, strength (100-up, arms swing), then ran.
I had Jonathan run with Hunter and Callan (about 8 pace) while I ran about 8:30 pace with John and Kyler. Kyler is a SUPER-great kid; really glad he came around and decided to train with distance. He and I ran together while John did his thing, where he'd sometimes jut ahead...then fall way back. But John hung in there and make it the nearly 1-hr run.
Man, I felt pretty worked: the product of big mileage and back-to-back workouts, Wed and Thu. And even though we were running 8:30s, it still felt sluggish.
PM: took some fenagling, but we got the van loan into my business account, so we're all RTG to purchase tomorrow. Exciting stuff!
