Comments:
Went out to Mendon Ponds and ran the Spring Forward 2.5 miler (it ended up being almost 2.8 miles) I won pretty easily as a lot of the faster runners did the 15K race. Happy to get in some speed work and a "win". My first mile was 5:47 and my second was 5:57. Lots of hills! came through 2.5 on my Garmin in 14:54. 16:24 total time for the race. 3+ mile cool down for 8 miles total. BIB #1044.
