Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Got to catch up on sleep last night but still woke up on the early side. Got errands done and then chilled and started to feel sleepy again. I napped while watching basketball actually and pushed the run back a little on the late side. Starting out was tough it was feeling chillier than during the day, and legs just felt heavy and sore. Not like on Thursday, but maybe Tursday had something to do with that. Worked into in, brain was wrapped up in lab stuff, so I just tried to cruize forward. Coming back through town felt more natural. Nothing was that tight, just felt sluggish in general.
Essentials: Stretch
Focused on some more sustained stretching since legs feel beat up. Afterward they still fell sore. Gonna take a few days to get the rhythm back I think. Feeling a little less chunky afterwards, but I think I mostly feel the change in weather from the fun sun in New Orleans to the cold chill up here.
