Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Long run with Dan. Met in Waterbury and did an out and back. Went out 70 minutes. Got the pace down to 6:20 fairly quickly. Held it. Stretched and turned around. Head wind on the way back which made it more difficult. Felt tired on the hills. I think the Gu helped. Going to try practice fueling again.
