I guess I got there right after it opened up for the day, and it was pretty crowded. At the free weights, lots of bros talking about their spring break exploits. It was kind of amusing, but also kind of pathetic... I did really want to stick around much. Focused more on abs down at the other end. Those have been lacking and I can feel it. I always want to do more abs. Workout was:
